Welcome to our Organic Wedding Cake Tasting Menu. These are our current signature flavours, but of course we’re always happy to work with you and other flavours are available upon request.
Kentish cobnut and apple crumble – apple and thyme compote, Kentish cobnut and thyme
praline crumble and Blackwood’s Grace Burn cream cheese frosting
Blackcurrant Bakewell tart – almond sponge, blackcurrant compote, whipped vanilla
frosting, shortbread crumb, blackcurrant and lemon verbena liqueur
Peach and Orange blossom cobbler – orange blossom cake, peach jam, vanilla and orange
blossom frosting, orange blossom syrup
Eton Mess – Strawberry cake with Vanilla and basil, whipped Italian meringue and fresh
strawberries, coulis, mini meringues, British sparkling wine syrup
Treacle Tart – Honey and lemon verbena cake, lemon verbena frosting with honeycomb and
almond praline, local mead syrup
Chocolate tart – Chocolate and lavender cake with whipped chocolate custard, caramelized
chocolate soil
Classic Victoria Sponge – Vanilla sponge cake with vanilla butter frosting and strawberry jam
*All jams and liqueurs are homemade using home-grown and local Kentish produce, all
milk and cream used, is from our farm and cheese from our own artisan dairy. Any
international products such as vanilla and chocolate are from organic Fairtrade sources.
